The Future of Work - Managing a Remote Workforce

We are excited to invite you to a thought-provoking event featuring two industry experts, David Nilssen and Cory Sanford, who will share their insights on The Future of Work - Managing a Remote Workforce. If you have, or are considering remote employees, this is the event for you!

COVID-19 and the Great Resignation completely changed how we work, forever. Today, talent scarcity is a global challenge; entrepreneurs are struggling with the workspace debate; and building culture has become more difficult than ever. In this session, David Nilssen and Cory Sanford will discuss how leading companies have transformed talent acquisition, workspace design, and organizational culture – making them distinct competitive edges. In addition, they’ll address how a human-centric approach with artificial intelligence is propelling productivity to new heights.

Key Discussion Points:

Human Capital: Addressing the global talent scarcity and the stark realities of American demographics, we'll examine emerging post-COVID personas and strategize on reinventing talent acquisition with a global view.

Workspace: For most businesses, office space is a critical component of how we train team members and build culture. But there is a tremendous and growing divide between leaders and workers. With this debate intensifying, we'll explore the future of workspaces and guide you in choosing between traditional offices, remote, or hybrid models.

Culture: Explore a three-part framework for transforming and gauging company culture, identify the crucial link between culture and connection, highlight the two essential elements of culture-building, and present a modern case study on a company's talent journey (and their quantifiable results).

Human+ (AI): Far from displacing jobs, AI is reshaping business operations and boosting productivity. We'll share insights and examples from early adopters who are leveraging AI tools effectively.
