Cory Sanford, VP of Talent & Culture at Guidant Financial and an instructor at Cornell University's Executive Master in Human Resource Management program, brings a rich background of HR in finance, business services, the public sector and healthcare. His upcoming book, "HR You Kidding Me?" aims to revolutionize human capital strategies with cutting-edge practices learned from nearly 15+ year HR career where he helped two different companies win #1 Best Places to Work honors.
